The hotel has a mini-supermarket that operates 24 hours. It is very convenient. I found the laundry and spa facilities to be very useful. Breakfast included a large variety of items and tasted delicious.

Check-in took quite a while. There were LONG queues and the machines seemed to have trouble recognizing passports. I was on the 33rd floor and sometimes waited ten minutes. The pool and gym require an extra fee to use.

I found the location convenient. Many attractions are within a short walk. the open-air baths and spa services are available at reasonable prices, even overnight.. it was a good surprise. fresh towels were provided daily, and a complete cleaning occurred every three days. i thought this maintenance struck a great balance.

i loved the self check-in process.. it was so easy! my room had a super comfy bed, and i especially appreciated the high-quality freebies like the toothbrush and shaver. the location was amazing because it was so easy to get around the city.

i spent quite a bit of time just waiting. also, the check-out time was 10:00 am. i wish i had more time!
