the tv had lots of information regarding hotel services. laundry services were available. the hotel features a lawson convenience store on the 4th floor.
i found the elevator wait times to be slightly longer than expected during peak hours.

major convenience rooftop pool easy luggage storage
the fourth-floor lawson, exclusively for hotel guests, was a major convenience. i admired city views from the rooftop pool area, although i did not swim. luggage storage proved easy and practical to use .
the check-in process was a bit slow i waited a long time to complete it. more efficient systems would definitely improve the guest arrival experience.

the room provided standard amenities expected and was clean. daily towel exchange helped maintain freshness. a kettle with tea, coffee, and sugar was available and restocked regularly.

okay location, questionable value
small room slow elevators
The hotel location suited my needs. It was close to transport.
The room size was shocking. i struggled to open my suitcase fully. the elevators were often crowded. I sometimes waited an age to get to my floor.

The hotel has a mini-supermarket that operates 24 hours. It is very convenient. I found the laundry and spa facilities to be very useful. Breakfast included a large variety of items and tasted delicious.
Check-in took quite a while. There were LONG queues and the machines seemed to have trouble recognizing passports. I waited quite a while for elevators. I was on the 33rd floor and sometimes waited ten minutes. The pool and gym require an extra fee to use.

I found the location convenient. Many attractions are within a short walk. the open-air baths and spa services are available at reasonable prices, even overnight.. it was a good surprise. fresh towels were provided daily, and a complete cleaning occurred every three days. i thought this maintenance struck a great balance.
i noticed the elevator wait times could be a bit long sometimes, especially during peak hours, but i planned accordingly.

i found the location quite convenient, a short walk to umeda station. the 24-hour lawson store in the building was very useful. i also appreciated the self check-in process, it was quick and efficient.
the elevators were a bit slow during peak hours.

comfy bed freebies easy location slow elevator early check-out time constraint
i loved the self check-in process.. it was so easy! my room had a super comfy bed, and i especially appreciated the high-quality freebies like the toothbrush and shaver. the location was amazing because it was so easy to get around the city.
the elevators felt so slow. i spent quite a bit of time just waiting. also, the check-out time was 10:00 am. i wish i had more time!
